Don’t take that the wrong way. We’re as capitalist as the next company. But blind profiteering and greed are what caused the housing market mess in the first place.

In the first go-around they were served up on a platter of endless appreciation heavily sauced with some blind speculation. And America glutted up on it like Adam Richman on a 4 lb. gran fromage from Cleveland’s own, Melt Bar & Grilled.* Now, the entire country–especially Cleveland–has some serious indigestion. Real estate diarrhea, even?
